Unitary Patent

We can advise you about the Unitary Patent (European Patent with Unitary Effect), which will come to existence shortly after the ratification of the UPC-Agreement by 13 EU- member states, including France, Great Britain and Germany. This provides new possibilities of a unitary validation procedure for European Patents in several EU-member states.
